“I’ve had so many family members in this nursing home. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. They have always taken care of our needs, whatever they may be. Great administration and great staff. My latest issue was payment. They gave me time to take care of personal business so I could pay for my cousin’s care. That was such a relief knowing my cousin would still get the care she needs and be over a month behind on payment, close to 2 months. No one has harassed me at all.
